Booking Policy

We kindly ask that all cancellations and rescheduling appointments are made at least 24 hours before your scheduled service.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled service will result into a 50% cancellation fee.

 Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

If you book multiple services but decide to proceed with only one during your appointment, you will still be charged for all services booked. This policy is in place to respect the time reserved for you, as another client could have taken that appointment.

All Deposits are non refundable. However, if a deposit has already been paid, you will not be charged an additional cancellation fee.Deposits cannot be transferred to a rescheduled appointment or a different service.
