Once inside, feel free to seat yourself in the waiting area—your stylist will be with you shortly! If you arrive early (we love that you’re excited!), you’re more than welcome to wait comfortably in the seating area.

We kindly ask that you refrain from entering the salon work area to help avoid overcrowding and to ensure a smooth, safe environment for everyone.

We kindly ask that you refrain from entering the salon work area, as this can cause overcrowding and disrupt the workspace. Thank you for your understanding!

We understand that sometimes you may need to bring company or want your friends to share in the excitement of your transformation. However, to ensure a calm and comfortable environment for all guests and to avoid overcrowding in the work area, we kindly ask that any company remain in the waiting area during your service—unless otherwise approved by your stylist. 

To maintain a comfortable and professional environment, we kindly ask that your company refrain from following your stylist to the shampoo bowl or closely observing during your service. This can lead to overcrowding and may disrupt the flow of your appointment. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the salon a relaxing space for everyone.

We ask that you notify your stylist if you are bringing  company at least a 24 hour notice! For late 

evening appointments we request you refrain from bringing company. And to reduce company from being in and out of salon. Unless stated otherwise by stylist. 

 We understand that sometimes you have to bring your kiddos.  We ask that you were notify your stylist if you’re having to bring a child. Salon policy States Children 10 and older are allowed in salon during the Experience Salon and Head Spa operating hours.
